Europe’s start-up market is as vibrant as ever.

Cities like Berlin, Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Helsinki, Budapest, Düsseldorf and others are fighting for the ultimate title of a „Start-up Capital of Europe“.

There is no shortage of exciting start-ups in the HR space with young ambitious companies offering fresh ideas on recruitment, L&D, employee engagement and gamification, payroll and benefits, employer branding and other areas of HR.

While some are coming up with new ways to go about old processes, others are trying to disrupt these processes with their solutions.

Following many informative and engaging presentations in the disruptHR Zone, as well as conversations with a number of experts, we decided to put up a quick list of the Do’s and Don’ts for start-ups.
